Advent 2023

I am thrilled to share with you Messiah University’s Advent 2023 devotional as we reflect on the joyous arrival of Jesus, the Son of God, in our otherwise broken world. We are so thankful that a light has dawned on the earth, that God chose to bless us with the Light of this world!

This year, I write in thankfulness alongside Emily Bingham, Director of Campus Ministries/Teaching Ministries Pastor, who has written the thoughtful adventus messages and prompts enclosed within this booklet.

It is our prayer that these devotionals, centered on the arrival of true light in the world, will invigorate your spirit and provide a space for intentional reflection as we celebrate the arrival of our Savior.

In closing, we would both like to say, thank you. Thank you for your continuous investment in the lives of our students.
