D. Kelly Phipps is retiring from his role as CEO of Rider Musser Development in December.  Kelly’s visionary leadership and tenacious work have been transformational in moving the Rider Musser project along. In addition to being a wonderful “first gentleman” and ambassador for Messiah’s mission, Kelly has successfully advanced Messiah’s financial future by spearheading the successful completion of Oakwood Hills and its non-tuition revenue stream.
